I cannot recommend Lovelenscapes highly enough! Tina photographed our wedding and she was a dream from start to finish. She made us feel so comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera and just nailed the fun/relaxed vibe. In the lead up to the day, Tina created a photography timeline and rounded guests up for pics on the day which made our life so easy. The photos themselves are absolutely incredible and have far exceeded our expectations (which were quite high having seen their amazing work previously). I can’t stop looking at them and am SO happy with every single picture she sent us. If you’re on the hunt for a wedding photographer (or any photographer) - definitely book with these legends! You will not regret it!

Smoked Garage in Brisbane with its three distinct spaces was the perfect backdrop for Bec & Joe’s soulful, stylish and laid back wedding.

It all started in the Kamilaroi area downstairs where guests gathered to catch up and have a drink on arrival. Think exposed ceilings, walls draped in floral wallpaper from France and timeless black and white mosaic tiles covering the floor.

Guests were then invited into another world, in the Mehi room. Paris in the 1920ies could not have provided a better backdrop for photos than all the fairy light curtains and chandeliers. I knew we would get some elegant and effortless couple shots here later on. It has to be seen to be believed, the atmosphere was so intimate and romantic. Seeing Bec & Joe’s labrador Winnie walk down the aisle before the bridal entrance was an extra cute moment during the ceremony - one of many.

After some more drinks and mingling back in the Kamilaroi area downstairs, guests were absolutely blown away when they got to enter the reception, up in the Wii Sii rooftop area.
Featuring a transparent ceiling {perfect light everywhere}, New York windows, 150 year old aged concrete walls and a dark wood floor sourced from a 7th generation timber mill in Alabama, everyone really needed a moment to take it all in when they first laid eyes on the space, which had been expertly styled by Borrowed Events.

Bec and Joe met when they were 18 and 19 and were friends before they became lovers. Their love and friendship is so evident in how they look at each other and just how they are when the other one is close.
With the world around us feeling heavy {floods, war, c*vid}, this day provided such a massive, much-needed overflow of hugs, love and good vibes for a change. Their lovebuzz stayed with me for quite a while and I felt privileged for having been trusted to share the day.
